Distance Selling Contract

This Distance Selling Contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between the purchaser (“You” or “Your”) and Digital Oratory, located at 35 Glebe Street, Glebe, NSW 2037, Australia (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), governing the terms of purchase of services (“Services”) via our website digitaloratory.org or other distance communication methods.

1. Contract Formation

The Contract between You and Us is formed when You complete the process of ordering Services from Us through our website or other distance communication methods. Upon placing an order, You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of Your order. A contract will not be formed until We send You confirmation via email that Your order has been accepted and the Services will be provided to You.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the Contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, You must inform Us of Your decision to withdraw from this Contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to policy@digitaloratory.org).

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If You withdraw from this Contract, We shall reimburse to You all payments received from You, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if You chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which We are informed about Your decision to withdraw from this Contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as You used for the initial transaction, unless You have expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Service Provision

We will begin the provision of Services immediately after the Contract is formed or on another agreed date. If the Services are ongoing, they will be provided until either You or We terminate the Contract in accordance with these terms.

5. Payment

Payment for Services must be made in accordance with the payment options available on our website. Prices for Services are stated on our website and may be updated from time to time.

6. Complaints and Disputes

If You have any complaints or concerns regarding the Services or Your dealings with Us, please contact Us at policy@digitaloratory.org to seek a resolution. We aim to resolve any disputes amicably and efficiently.

7. Amendments to the Contract

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. However, the terms and conditions in force at the time when You placed Your order will apply to the Contract between You and Us.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Contract is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
